The Department of B.B.A. of Deshbhakta Ratnappa Kumbhar College of Commerce successfully organized a Lead College Workshop under the Shivaji University Lead College Scheme in association with The New College Cluster on 21st January, titled “Latest Trends in Entrepreneurship.” The workshop aimed to provide students with practical insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and emerging business opportunities.
The programme began with an inaugural address by Dr. Benade, Head of the Department, followed by a welcome address by Principal Dr. Varsha Maindargi, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives in building industry-ready skills. The workshop featured expert sessions by Dr. Pravin Jadhav, Mr. Nilesh Kadam, and Dr. A. M. Gurav, who guided students on entrepreneurial fundamentals, startup challenges, digital opportunities, and effective communication skills. The sessions were highly interactive and encouraged active student participation.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. Mrs. M. N. Mahadik and Miss. S. S. Patil. Faculty members and students from various colleges participated in the workshop, making it a meaningful and successful academic event.
