The B.B.A. Department of Deshbhakta Ratnappa Kumbhar College of Commerce organised a Guest Lecture on “Building Careers in India & Around the World” on 4th January with the aim of guiding students about career opportunities at national and international levels.
The programme began with an inaugural address by Dr. Seema Benade, Head of the B.B.A. Department, who emphasised the importance of career planning and skill development. Vice Principal Dr. R. S. Naik felicitated the guest speaker, Mr. Dhaval Bagawade, following which the lecture session commenced. Mr. Bagawade shared valuable insights on overseas career opportunities, required qualifications, skills, procedures, and the benefits and challenges of building a global career.
The session was highly interactive, with enthusiastic participation from students through questions and discussions. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Seema Benade, and the event was efficiently anchored by Mrs. M. N. Mahadik. The guest lecture proved to be informative and inspiring, helping students gain clarity and confidence in planning their future careers.
