A presentation activity on “Sick Unit: Case study” was conducted for MBA students under the subject Employability Skills, focusing on developing problem-solving skills. Students were asked to select a case study of a sick industrial unit and analyse the reasons behind its financial and operational failure. They worked in groups to identify key problems such as poor financial management, declining sales, and inefficient operations, and then suggested practical solutions for revival. Through discussion and presentation, students learned how to diagnose business problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend strategic actions. The activity helped enhance analytical thinking, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving abilities among the students.
