A live workshop on “Ready for Your Future” & Industry Institute Interaction was organised by the MBA department on 10th March, 2026. The objective of this workshop was to enhance Employability, promote research and Innovation, bridge the Gap between Theory and Practice, facilitate knowledge exchange, Strengthening Industry-Academia Collaboration, support entrepreneurship and Startups, and provide professional development for students and Faculty, address societal challenges, etc. The Prominent MBA alumni of the 1972 batch, Mr. Jay Naidu, Mgt. Consultant and career guidance coach, Mr. Shimpukade, Managing Director, Shimpukade Group of Companies, Kolhapur, Mr. Bhalchandra Pardehsi, Owner of Pardeshi and CO., Kolhapur, and Mr. Jeevan Magdum, Agriculturist, Kolhapur, were the resource persons for the workshop. The Chief guest for the workshop was Principal Dr. V. V. Maindargi. The I/C director of the MBA department, Dr. T. S. Zari, has introduced the program and welcomed all the resource persons. Mr. Jay Naidu guides the students on the topic “Ready for your future” through live examples.
