The seminar on the topic Enhancing Employability Skill for Career Readiness under the subject of Employability Skill for MBA II year students was organised on 4th May, 2026 in MBA department. This seminar proved to be highly beneficial for students as it enhanced their understanding of employability skills and career opportunities. It motivated students to work towards their goals with clarity and determination. Employability skills are transferable skills that students and graduates need to succeed in the workplace. These include communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, leadership, time management, and digital literacy. Unlike technical skills that are specific to a particular job employability skills apply across all industries and roles. That’s why they’re also called “soft skills,” “transferable skills,” or “21st-century skills.”
Students have presented seminar on different topics like Effective communication in the workplace, emotional intelligence, Networking Skill, Time management, Digital literacy in modern workplace etc. Students have presented seminar in a group of 2 member. 10 minutes were allocated to each group for presentation including question answer session.
