An activity in the form of a Group Discussion under the subject B2B Marketing was organized for MBA-II Year students at D.R.K. College of Commerce, Kolhapur, on Saturday, 2nd May 2026 at 2:30 am onwards. The objective of the activity was to enhance students’ understanding of B2B marketing concepts and develop their analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Students were divided into groups of eight members, and each group was allotted a topic on the spot from areas such as importance of B2B marketing, impact of digital marketing on B2B, differences between B2B and B2C, organizational buying behavior, and marketing mix in B2B. All groups actively participated in the discussion, sharing their views and insights on the given topics. The activity encouraged active involvement, improved confidence in expressing ideas, and strengthened collaborative learning. During the session, all groups actively engaged in meaningful discussions, where students shared their perspectives, supported their arguments with examples, and learned from diverse viewpoints. The activity provided a platform for students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business situations, thereby improving their analytical abilities. It also helped in enhancing public speaking confidence, listening skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. As participation was mandatory for internal assessment, students demonstrated sincere involvement throughout the process. Overall, the group discussion proved to be an effective learning experience that contributed to both academic development and personality enhancement, while preparing students for real-world business communication and decision-making scenarios.
