MBA Students Participate in Group Discussion on Career Choices
The MBA Department organized a Group Discussion Activity for MBA Part-II students under the subject Start-ups and New Venture on the topic “Entrepreneurship vs. Corporate Job: What Should MBA Graduates Choose?”. The activity aimed to encourage critical thinking and enhance students’ communication and decision-making skills. Students actively participated in the discussion by presenting their views on the opportunities and challenges associated with entrepreneurship and corporate careers. Various aspects such as innovation, risk-taking, job security, income potential, career growth, leadership opportunities, and work-life balance were discussed in detail. Participants demonstrated confidence, analytical thinking, and effective communication while expressing their perspectives. Faculty members evaluated the students based on their subject knowledge, logical reasoning, leadership qualities, and overall participation. The activity provided a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and helped students gain deeper insights into different career paths available after MBA. Overall, the discussion was highly interactive, informative, and beneficial for the professional development of the students.
