A Discussion Forum Activity on Strategic and Talent Management was conducted for MBA HR Specialization students on Thursday, 20/08/2026. The activity aimed to enhance students’ communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and managerial skills. Students actively participated in discussions on topics related to talent management, recruitment and training, employee retention, motivation, and internal promotions. They shared their views, exchanged ideas, and presented logical arguments on the given topics. The activity provided students with an opportunity to connect theoretical concepts with practical organizational situations and develop confidence in expressing their opinions. Overall, the activity was interactive, informative, and successful, with active participation from the students.
