The changing face of technology has increased the demand of specialization in education. Vocational education and training imparts the specialization and practical knowledge to the student and help them to become independent and successful and in life.

Keeping in mind the need of various industries, our college has offered the following three government approved and grantable Higher Secondary Vocational Courses (Commerce Group)

• Banking
• Office management
• Accounting and Auditing

In each trade, following seven subjects are offered.

• English
• Marathi
• General foundation Course
• Banking , Office Management / Accounting and Auditing Paper – I
• Banking , Office Management / Accounting and Auditing Paper – II
• Banking , Office Management / Accounting and Auditing Paper – III
• Environmental Studies

The eligibility criteria for each course are as follows.

• For every trade, only 20 students are allotted to take admission as per the merit list.
• In this course, banking, Accounting and Auditing are taught in English medium.
• Office management is taught in marathon medium.

• 20% increase in the HSC marks due to practical exam
• Personal attention is given to the admitted students due to limited students
• After completing the course, under Apprentice Act, the students can get jobs as a trainee in Banks, MCDCL, government offices, private companies etc.
• After completing the course, the students can get admissions to B. COM., BBA, BCA, CA, ICWA, CS, D.Ed. etc.
• During this two years course, the students have to visit various institutes like Bank, Computer training centre and various business organizations.
• Every year, 100% passing result in HSC board exam.
• Computer facilities are provided for each student for training in MS-OFFICE and TALLY.
• In addition to skilled education, it also helps in securing well paying jobs like Clerk, Typist, Cashier, Computer Operator, Receptionist, Tax Consultant, Cost Accountant etc.
• District Industries Centre will provide financial support for those who want to start their own business.
• During summer vacation, ‘On the job training’ is provided to students.
• Throughout this course, project reports, visit reports are done under the guidance of well qualified teachers.
• After completion of this course, the student will get certificate from District Industries Centre and District Commission.
